Isurf Global Services is currently seeking a dedicated and target-driven Telesales Specialists on behalf of its client. The successful candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging prospective customers, promoting financial products, following up on leads and driving customer acquisition and conversions within the Nigerian market.


Job Title: Telesales Specialist (Outbound)

Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Salary: NGN80,000 (Gross)

Work Schedule:  Monday to Friday, 2 Saturdays in a month(9:00 am - 5:30 pm)

Key Responsibilities


  • Data Exploitation: Conduct outbound calling campaigns to approach and acquire potential customers in the Nigeria market.
  • Consulting & Sales Closing: Introduce products, consult on promotional programs, and persuade customers to utilize services on the application.
  • Objection Handling: Engage in active two-way communication, resolve customer queries, and flexibly handle objections to optimize conversion rates.
  • Multi-channel Follow-up: Follow up with customers via phone calls and other communication channels (such as WhatsApp) to assist them in completing transactions.
  • Operational Reporting: Accurately update call statuses and customer information on the CRM system, and report daily progress to the Manager.

Requirements


  • Language: Fluent in English (Mandatory). Good listening comprehension of African/Nigerian English accents is a major advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Telesales (Outbound), Customer Service, or Collections. Experience in Finance or Fintech sectors is highly preferred.
  • Skills & Core Qualities:
  • Excellent communication skills with a clear voice and positive energy.
  • Strong mental resilience to calmly handle rejections or negative feedback.
  • High discipline in following standard scripts while remaining flexible and natural in conversation.
  • Target-driven mindset with a sharp focus on daily call volumes and conversion metrics.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using call center systems, CRM software, and WhatsApp Business.
  •   Proximity to Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja, is essential.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, with two Saturdays a month
  • Minimum of SSCE
