Job Overview
The Pre-Sales and Service Assurance Analyst will support business growth and client relationship management by assisting with lead tracking, proposal opportunities, customer engagement, and service assurance activities. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and client management skills to ensure a seamless experience throughout the client engagement lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Business Development team to support sales and growth initiatives.
- Track, manage, and follow up on business leads and opportunities.
- Research, identify, and support applications for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), tenders, and business opportunities.
- Present and explain the company’s services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Respond promptly to client enquiries across email, phone calls, and other communication channels.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of engagements and projects.
- Support service assurance processes to maintain positive client relationships and service quality.
- Prepare and draft invoices and related client documentation.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and clients where required.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and engagement updates.
- Assist with reporting, documentation, and administrative support for sales and client service operations.
