WE’RE HIRING – GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive digital growth, customer acquisition, and revenue across B2B and B2C markets.

This role is NOT just about social media, it's about turning online leads into paying customers, especially companies that import from China.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive lead generation and revenue growth through digital marketing

• Manage paid ads, performance campaigns, and conversion tracking

• Build and manage email marketing & lead nurturing systems

• Convert online leads into real business customers

• Own proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations

• Lead meetings and presentations with corporate clients

• Work closely with Sales to close deals and grow revenue

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years experience in growth / performance / digital marketing

• Strong understanding of CAC, CPL, ROI, and funnels

• Experience in B2B marketing and corporate client engagement

• Ability to manage campaigns, leads, and conversion strategy

• Experience with email marketing, CRM, and analytics tools

• Must be comfortable presenting and closing business opportunities
