Job Description
We are looking for a project manager with electrical/mechanical technical or engineering experience, to supervise the team work of other junior technicians.
Responsibilities
Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.
Use of lathe machine and mechatronics in the production processes of company products
Support junior engineers and technicians in implementing improvements to equipment and processes.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve potential mechanical issues.
Collaborate with production and quality teams to maintain equipment reliability and product quality.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality standards during all maintenance activities.
Participate in the installation and commissioning of new projects.
Qualifications
Technical Diploma or HND/BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of relevant experience in an engineering company.
Good problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, tools, and maintenance techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
