Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development: Lead the development and implementation of sales-driven business strategies to generate and convert leads, drive sales, and increase revenue, with a strong emphasis on credit sales.

Sales Team Leadership: Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure individual and team success in credit sales.

Performance Monitoring: Set clear sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), regularly monitoring team performance and providing constructive feedback for improvement.

Business Expansion: Identify and pursue new credit sales opportunities to expand the customer base and market reach.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty in credit sales.

Alignment with Marketing: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align credit sales efforts with company objectives and marketing strategies.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for growth in credit sales.

Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular credit sales reports to the senior management team, providing insights and recommendations for strategy refinement.

Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with developments and market trends in the credit sales industry to make informed decisions and drive innovation.

Sales Process Optimization: Implement and optimize credit sales processes and systems to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and maximize sales productivity.

Requirement

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

5+ years in successful credit sales management, preferably in the bank, financial house or FinTech.

2+ years of experience as a team lead or sales team manager.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team, achieving and exceeding targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

A strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools.

Results-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
