Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Present products/services clearly and convincingly to drive sales.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous conversations.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
Provide feedback on customer needs, trends, and opportunities.
Handle customer objections professionally and suggest suitable solutions.
Requirements
HND / BSc degree in any field
2 years proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or any phone-based customer engagement role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong persuasive ability and confidence in speaking with customers.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet targets.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools (added advantage).
Ability to maintain a positive attitude and handle rejection.
