Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency of all mechanical equipment through effective maintenance practices.

*Key Responsibilities*:

• Perform installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment in line with manufacturer and company specifications.
• Carry out preventive, condition-based, and breakdown maintenance on all mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair mechanical systems to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis on mechanical faults and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify improvement opportunities and enhance machine efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, safety checks, and repair records.
• Collaborate with engineers, controllers, and production teams to resolve mechanical issues.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance department.

*Qualifications & Requirements*:

• HND/BSc in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
