Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Salesperson role based in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes. Daily tasks include maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, preparing and presenting property listings, and negotiating offers in alignment with client objectives and company policies. The role also involves providing consistent customer support, maintaining accurate client and property records, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely closings. Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property, with a clear understanding of local market dynamics and regulations.
  • Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing transactions in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage client expectations, and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work on-site, manage field visits, and adapt to a fast-paced, client-facing environment in Lagos State.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including maintaining accurate documentation and follow-up records.
  • Prior experience in real estate sales or property management is an advantage; familiarity with basic digital tools (CRM systems, email, office software) is preferred.
