Role Summary
TFN Solutions is seeking a technically sound and creatively driven Product Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between our engineering capabilities and revenue goals. This role is pivotal in translating complex product features into compelling market narratives, executing high-impact campaigns, developing sales assets, and driving product adoption across target markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches, feature rollouts, and market expansion
- Define target audiences, positioning, messaging, and channel strategy to maximize reach and conversion
- Plan, execute, and optimize data-driven digital marketing campaigns (paid ads, social media, email, performance marketing)
- Drive customer acquisition and product adoption through well-structured campaign funnels
- Conceptualize and execute on-ground activations, events, and field marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and engagement
- Collaborate with internal and external teams/agencies to deliver integrated marketing campaigns
- Design high-conversion sales materials including pitch decks, product one-pagers, case studies, and toolkits
- Partner with the sales team to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
- Lead the creation of premium visual assets for digital and print channels and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Develop a deep understanding of TFN’s products and underlying technologies, deliver product demos, and handle technical inquiries during client engagements and travel
- Conduct competitor analysis, monitor industry trends, and use customer insights/campaign data to refine positioning and messaging
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field
- Professional certification in Marketing or a related discipline is required
- 2–3 years of proven experience in Product Marketing or Digital Marketing (preferably within a tech or SaaS environment)
- Strong understanding of tech products/SaaS with the ability to translate complex features into clear customer value
- Proven experience running paid ads, digital campaigns, and physical marketing activations with measurable results
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Suite) and advanced use of Microsoft PowerPoint (portfolio required)
- Strong focus on conversion metrics, user acquisition, and revenue growth
- Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Must reside in Awka or Enugu and be willing to travel frequently
