Accountant

Design Bricks Homes & Property is a Nigerian real estate company focused on land sales, housing, property management, and real estate advisory services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Accountant
Job Location: Bodija, Ibadan - Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards.
• Identify financial risks and recommend corrective measures.

Requirements

• B.S.c Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Practical auditing experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Applicants must reside not too far from Bodija, Ibadan.
