Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects designed to improve healthcare outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Estimates and detailed project plans for all phases of the project.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, UX) to define project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage project lifecycles, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
- Ensure projects meet all quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively.
- Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the healthcare domain (3+ years)
- Experience in managing software development projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and regulations (a plus).
