Employment Type: Full-Time (Results-Driven, not hours-tracked)

Compensation: Equity + Revenue Share (Scaling to a flat monthly salary)

We are building the infrastructure to help digital talent scale. At OwlphaDAO, our automated systems are ready, and we are looking for our founding core team to take the helm. We are pre-seed and pre-revenue, but we are in it for the long haul. We don't just build features; we build ecosystems.

If you are tired of rigid corporate structures and want to own a piece of what you build, read on. We are looking for "Builders"—coachable, reliable individuals who value speed, clarity, and impact over time spent in a chair.

We believe in alignment. Since we are pre-revenue, we are not paying an immediate cash salary. Instead, we are offering significant ownership and a share of the revenue we generate.

• The 30-Day Work Trial: Every role begins with a mandatory 30-day trial. This is "sweat equity" (working for ownership), but we ensure you benefit immediately by giving you a weekly share of any revenue we bring in from day one.
• Long-Term Reward: Equity vests over a 2-year schedule, ensuring we are building for the long term.
• Transition to Salary: Once we hit our revenue goals, you will transition to a flat, predictable monthly cash salary.

Equity: 1.2% | Revenue Share: 5% | Scaling Salary: $800/month

You are the voice that brings talent through the door. Your primary mission is to grow our community and fill our 7-day CAP Training Sprint with hungry, motivated digital talent. You will translate complex technical systems into compelling, must-attend experiences.

• Scriptwriting: Write engaging, punchy scripts for short videos and audio clips that drive sign-ups for our training sprints.
• Content Strategy: Develop a content engine that attracts our ideal users organically, without using paid ads.
• Audience Building: Identify and cultivate communities where our target talent hangs out, turning strangers into engaged followers.

• Simple Tech Writing: You can explain complex AI or software concepts in everyday language.
• Scriptwriting: You know how to hook a viewer in the first 3 seconds of a video or audio clip.
• Community Building: You have a track record (or an innate ability) to grow an audience organically.

• Coachable: You can take feedback and implement it immediately.
• Reliable: You deliver on your promises. We are results-driven, not clock-watchers.
• Autonomous: You don't wait for instructions; you find the problem and solve it.
