Job Summary

The BD Associate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding business owners (merchants) to use Flexi MFB’s Pay With Transfer solution. This is a field-based role that requires daily engagement with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Approach and engage business owners in markets and commercial areas
Educate customers on the benefits of Pay With Transfer (PWT). Prior experience not required, training will be provided
Onboard and assist merchants in opening business accounts
Meet daily and weekly onboarding targets

Requirements

No prior experience required (training will be provided)
Immediate resumption is prioritized
Must reside in Lagos, Ogun, Abia or Anambra
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic, confident, and target-driven
