Responsibilities
Oversee the entire production process, from raw material preparation to packaging.
Ensure that all production targets are met on time and within budget.
Maintain high quality standards for all products.
Maintain management approved waste level
Maintain strict compliance to Safety in the production lines.
Effective utilization and management of the production team and workforce.
Identify and implement production improvements.
Troubleshoot and resolve production problems.
Qualifications
B.Sc, B.Tech or HND in Food Science and Technology, or a related field
1 - 2 years of experience in a related role
Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
