Role Overview
We are seeking a technically sound Network / IT Infrastructure Engineer with exceptional Communication and Client Engagement Skills. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of complex infrastructure systems, think from the client’s perspective, and confidently lead infrastructure deployments.
Note: This is not a remote position; it is fully onsite. You must currently reside in Abuja.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in sourcing, generating, and qualifying high-quality leads through multiple channels to support the sales pipeline.
- Strong experience in network design and IT infrastructure deployment.
- Solid knowledge of routing, switching, network security, and segmentation.
- Experience designing scalable and redundant systems.
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
- Ability to assess infrastructure environments and propose improvements.
- Strong problem-solving and project leadership abilities.
- Experience supporting enterprise or client-facing IT environment.
- Drive lead generation efforts by sourcing and qualifying high-quality prospects through multiple channels.
- Design and deploy structured network infrastructure.
- Configure and manage routing, switching, security, and network segmentation.
- Ensure infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and highly available.
- Oversee end-to-end infrastructure rollouts and implementations.
- Identify infrastructure gaps and recommend practical improvement strategies.
- Work closely with clients to understand technical and operational needs.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in solution presentations and contract discussions.
