Business Development Executive

  • We are seeking a smart, result-driven, and highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving company growth, identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, sales metrics, and forecast revenue.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, adaptable, and excellent at time management.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
