Training Manager

  • We are seeking an experienced and passionate Training Manager to lead learning and development across our operations.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programmes that improve employee capability, operational excellence, customer service, food safety, and leadership effectiveness across all outlets and production facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Company's annual training strategy and learning calendar.
  • Conduct training needs assessments across all departments and locations.
  • Design and facilitate training programmes covering customer service, food safety, production operations, SOPs, leadership, sales, and employee development.
  • Develop training manuals, SOPs, learning materials, assessments, and e-learning content.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programmes for all new employees.
  • Ensure all operational teams are trained on company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, audits, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Partner with Departmental Heads to identify competency gaps and implement development plans.
  • Coordinate refresher training and support new product launches and operational changes.
  • Maintain accurate training records and prepare periodic training reports.
  • Drive a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within a QSR, hospitality, retail, FMCG, or food manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in designing and delivering operational and customer service training programmes.
  • Knowledge of food safety, operational standards, and quality management is an added advantage.
  • Professional certifications in Learning & Development or Human Resources will be an advantage.
