- Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HSE, Compliance and Monitoring Officer to drive health, safety, environmental, and compliance initiatives across the organization.
- * Monitor and report HSE incidents, workplace hazards, and compliance issues.
- * Develop and implement strategies to reduce workplace accidents and environmental risks.
- * Conduct investigations into safety incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- * Organize safety awareness and compliance training programs for employees.
- * Assess workplace risks associated with tools, equipment, and operational activities.
- * Review and develop company policies to ensure regulatory and operational compliance.
- * Maintain compliance documentation, reports, and audit records.
- * Implement and manage effective legal and regulatory compliance programs.
- * Conduct regular audits to identify risks, gaps, and process weaknesses.
- * Advise management on compliance obligations and risk mitigation strategies
- * Bachelors Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- * Relevant HSE Certification is mandatory.
- * Minimum of 4 years’ experience in HSE and compliance roles within a medium to large organization.
- * Strong knowledge of Nigerian regulatory and compliance requirements.
- * Detail-oriented and result-driven mindset.
