We are looking for a Veterinary (Technical) Sales Executive to join our team and help farmers achieve better productivity while driving business growth. In this role, you will provide expert technical support, build lasting client relationships, and execute strategies that expand our market presence in the animal feed sector in multiple locations across the country.

What You Will Do

  • Provide expert veterinary advice and technical support to farmers on best poultry management practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and market sustainability.
  • Conduct regular farm visits to understand client needs, demonstrate product use, and create new business opportunities.
  • Convert poultry farms using competitor brands to our products through strategic marketing, value addition, and technical support services.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine.
  • 1–2 years of experience in veterinary practice, with added advantage for experience in poultry feed sales or farm management.
  • Strong knowledge of poultry management, animal nutrition, and farm productivity practices.
  • Ability to provide clear, practical technical support to farmers during farm visits.
  • Capability to translate technical concepts into simple guidance farmers can easily apply.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with farmers and key industry stakeholders.
  • Persuasive communication skills that support farm conversions from competitor brands.
  • Confidence in driving sales discussions, offering value-added solutions, and identifying business opportunities.
  • Ability to monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Strong analytical thinking to support strategic sales decisions and product improvements.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and proactive.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, especially when engaging farmers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
  • Willingness to travel frequently for farm visits, field engagements, and customer follow-ups.
