We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin to support daily Human Resources operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing employee records, handling administrative procedures, and ensuring HR processes are performed accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with the HR team and other departments to support onboarding, documentation, and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Specialize in supporting HR Admin tasks related to onboarding and pre-onboarding processes for new employees.
- Ensure smooth coordination and execution of the onboarding process in collaboration with HR Operations and HR Training teams.
- Manage and maintain onboarding employee files, particularly for employees based in Thailand.
- Proficient in Google Sheets, with strong skills in formulas and data organization to ensure accurate and well-presented data.
- Possess knowledge of and effectively utilize ATS tools to manage candidate tracking and recruitment processes.
- Conduct weekly research on industry trends and recruitment market insights.
- Develop basic designs and content for recruitment posts and materials for HRTA's job postings.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent proficiency in Google Sheets and ATS tools.
- Creativity and basic graphic design skills for producing recruitment content.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members.
- Prior experience in HR admin or onboarding processes is a plus.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
