Recruitment Supervisor

  • The Recruitment Supervisor will be responsible for driving and managing end-to-end recruitment activities across the organization.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume recruitment, particularly for sales and field-based roles, and possess extensive networks across key regions in Nigeria.
  • The successful candidate will play a critical role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent while ensuring recruitment targets are met within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Create and publish job advertisements across various recruitment channels.
  • Screen and evaluate CVs to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate hiring assessments.
  • Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns for sales and field operations roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities across the South-West, South-East, and South-South regions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare periodic recruitment reports.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven recruitment experience.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for Sales Executives, Merchandisers, Marketers, Territory Managers, and other field sales positions.
  • Strong recruitment network across the South-West, South-East, and South-South regions of Nigeria.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale and high-volume recruitment projects.
  • Previous experience working in a leading outsourcing or recruitment firm is highly desirable and will be considered an added advantage
  • Excellent candidate sourcing skills using job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive hiring timelines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.

Compensation

  • Competitive net salary of N350,000 – N400,000 per month (negotiable).
