About the Role

You will be the voice, energy, and engine behind our client's growth. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, community building, and brand — driving creator and buyer acquisition across digital channels. You are deeply embedded in Nigeria's creator ecosystem and know how to build trust and buzz online. You report to the Operations Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage our client's presence on Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Develop and execute weekly content calendars, campaigns, and creator spotlights
  • Build and grow our client's WhatsApp and Telegram creator communities
  • Identify, establish and manage partnerships with Nigerian influencers, newsletters (TechCabal, Zikoko etc), and creator communities
  • Plan and execute giveaways, challenges, and seasonal campaigns to drive sign-ups
  • Track and report on growth KPIs: follower growth, reach, creator sign-ups, referral traffic
  • Collaborate with the Creator Partnerships Manager to create acquisition content
  • Represent the client at relevant creator and tech events in Lagos and online
Requirements
  • Minimum of a BSc or HND in any relevant field.Must have completed NYSC (Discharge certificate or Exemption letter required).2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or community managementDeeply plugged into Nigerian creator culture — you know the key voices, communities, and trendsStrong copywriting skills in a conversational, engaging tone (Nigerian tone is a plus)Hands-on experience with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar)Analytical mindset — comfortable reading dashboards and reporting on what's workingExperience working in a startup or fast-paced environment preferredBonus: experience with SEO, email marketing (Mailchimp / Brevo), or paid social ads
