Role summary
The Enterprise Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth within Nigeria by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts through CPaaS solutions such as SMS, WhatsApp API, Voice, Email, and omnichannel engagement tools.
Job Description
New business acquisition
  • Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise, SME, and startup customers
  • Conduct outbound sales (cold calls, visits, networking events)
  • Build a strong local pipeline of qualified leads
Solution selling
  • Understand customer communication challenges and position CPaaS solutions accordingly
  • Pitch use cases like OTP, marketing automation, and customer engagement
Account management
  • Grow revenue from existing clients through upselling and cross-selling
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers (CTO, CMO, Product teams)
Sales execution
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → demo → negotiation → closure
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Market intelligence
  • Track competitors, pricing trends, and customer needs in Nigeria
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams
Key performance indicators
  • Revenue

What you bring
  • 3+ years in B2B sales (CPaaS, SaaS, Telecom, or Fintech preferred)
  • Strong understanding of messaging APIs (SMS, WhatsApp, Voice)
  • Proven quota achievement
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
