Finance & Operations Manager

• The Finance & Operations Manager Will establish and manage the financial, administrative. procurement, vendor, ard facilities operations Of FOAN Group.
• You will build the systems and processes that ensure excellence, financial discipline, and a foundation for our growth across Africa.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial operations, payroll, budgets & reporting
• Oversee procurement, vendor management & contracts
• Lead office administration & daily operations
• Manage facilities, assets & office infrastructure
• Ensure compliance, controls & operational governance

What we are looking for
Education:

• Degree in Accounting. Finance, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Pofessional certification raquo;ns ('CAN , ACCA CPA. ACA are highly desirable.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance.or administration.
