Job Position: Social Media Community Manager (Tiktok, Instagram & Twitter/X)

Description
- The Social Media Community Manager will own and scale our digital presence across TikTok, Instagram and Twitter/X.
- This role sits at the nexus of content. culture and community, responsible for driving engagement, growing audiences and ensuring cultural fluency online
Key Responsibilties
- Content Strategy & Publishing - Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies for TikTok, Instagram and Twitter/X
- Community Development & Engagement - Build, nurture and moderate online communities.
- Act as the brand's voice engaging audiences with authenticity, cultural intelligence and speed.
- Implement engagement frameworks that drive loyalty, UCC, and advocacy.
- Cultural Intelligence & Trend Forecasting - Maintain deep fluency in internet cul- ture, meme ecosystems, viral mechanics and platform shifts.
- Translate cultural signals into actionable content and campaign opportunities before they peak.
- Influencer & Creator Ecosystem Management Identify, vet and collaborate with creators and influencers. Brief creators, manage deliverables and integrate influencer content into broader brand narratives for credibility and reach.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Strategy, Creative, Client Services and Partnerships teams to align social content with brand objectives, product launches and campaign rollouts. Contribute insights that shape bigger brand ideas.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting - Track, analyze and report on community growth, engagement metrics, content performance and sentiment. Use data to iterate strategy and demonstrate commercial impact.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media communities for entertainment or culture led brands
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous social media, community management or audience engagement projects
- Ability to identify and capitalize on emerging trends and cultural moments -Excellent video editing and graphic content skills
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter/X algorithms -Strategic + Creative: Can think in frameworks and execute in content.
