Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in project management.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
- Ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with agile and scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with web and mobile development technologies and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges and changing priorities.
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest project management trends, tools, and methodologies.
