Role Summary
This BDM owns the rest of South West territory covering the states of Oyo, Osun, Ondo, Edo, which historically represents RxAll Nigeria's underpeforming relative to potential revenue concentration.
The role is 80% field-based: visiting pharmacies, onboarding new customers, managing existing relationships, and driving reorders.
This territory is the most competitive pharmaceutical market in Nigeria outside of Lagos, and this person must be a street-smart, relationship-driven seller who understands how pharmacy owners think and buy.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any field. Pharmacy, Business, or Marketing preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of B2B field sales experience, with at least 2 years selling into retail pharmacies, hospitals, or healthcare distribution in South West to Edo regions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets of N20M+.
- Existing relationships with pharmacy owners in Oyo, Osun, Ondo, Edo are a strong advantage.
- Experience with trade credit or lending products is preferred.
- Must own or have access to reliable transportation for daily field visits.
- Fluent in English, Yoruba, and Pidgin.
- Comfortable using smartphones, CRM apps, and reporting tools.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- New Customer Acquisition: Individual monthly targets (10-35 new customers/month ramp)
- Customer Visits: Minimum 15-25 visits per week (logged with GPS/photo/signed form)
- Monthly Sales Volume: Proportional share of territory revenue target
- Customer Reorder Rate: 90%+ of managed customers reorder within 7 days of repayment
- Customer Retention: 95%+ of assigned active customers retained month-over-month
- CRM Updates: 100% daily entry of visits, calls, and pipeline activities
- Collections Support: Coordinate with Collections Officer on overdue accounts in territory
- Zero involuntary churn from service failures in assigned accounts
Compensation Structure
- Base Salary: N300,000 - N500,000 gross monthly
- Commission: 1% of new customer first-cycle disbursement + 0.25% of repeat customer monthly disbursement in territory
- Performance Bonus: N50,000 monthly bonus for achieving 100%+ of new customer acquisition target
- Benefits: HMO, pension, 13th month salary, official sales car, phone, transport allowance, phone allowance, data allowance
- Total OTE (On-Target Earnings) N3.6M - N6M total annual compensation at full target achievement
