Responsibilities
Provide advice, strategy and issue resolution counsel to clients.
Provide accurate information about our services to clients
Sell company products and services to clients
Resolve complaints of clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain positive relationships with clients
Ensure revenue targets and KPI are met
Attend to inquiries and update
Qualification
HND / BSC in Guidance and Counselling or related field
5+ years of proven experience in relationship counselling and management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Creativity, leadership, and attention to details with good listening skills.
