About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead our HR and administrative functions. The successful candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and office administration while supporting both office and site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
- Oversee performance management and disciplinary processes.
- Coordinate payroll and attendance with the Finance team.
- Implement HR policies and ensure statutory compliance.
- Supervise office administration and support staff.
- Advise management on workforce planning and HR strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
6–10 years of HR/Admin experience, including at least 3–5 years in a management role.
Experience in construction, engineering, logistics, infrastructure, oil & gas, or other project-based industries is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
