Its technology stack includes RxScanner, an instant drug testing platform for authenticating medicines, RxPOS for in-store and online inventory and sales management, and RxDelivered as a marketplace for seamless distribution. RxPay provides embedded fintech solutions to finance invoices, improving availability and affordability of medicines for B2B2C customers. The company’s vision is to achieve universal access to high-quality medicines at the lowest possible prices worldwide, starting with Africa.

Role Summary

RxAll is moving upstream from pharmacy credit and distribution into own-brand contract manufacturing and parallel import of pharmaceutical products for Nigeria and West Africa. The Head of Manufacturing / Supply Chain owns this build end-to-end so the CEO can stay on the core business. This is the first and most important hire in the initiative.

**Nature of Employment: **Contract (up to 3months - extendable per performance)

What You Will Own

• Sourcing: shortlist and manage contract manufacturers (offshore + in-country); negotiate EXW/landed pricing to hit ≥30% gross margin.
• Regulatory: drive NAFDAC registration for own-brand products; coordinate GMP audits, COPP, dossiers (with a consultant).
• Landed-cost model: own and validate the unit economics — manufacturing, freight, duties, NAFDAC amortization, distribution.
• Pilots: run the Ceftriaxone and Augmentin/Ozempic pilots through RxAllDelivered; track sell-through, reorder, and margin.
• Supply chain: inventory planning, QA on arrival (batch testing), 3PL and warehousing, supplier portal for invoices/COAs/shipping docs.

First 90 Days — Deliverables

• Day 30: validated landed-cost model; EXW locked for ≥30% gross margin on Ceftriaxone; NAFDAC filing opened; Augmentin parallel-import pilot order (1,000 packs) placed.
• Day 60: Augmentin pilot landed and selling through 50 pilot pharmacies; Ceftriaxone pilot batch (5,000) ordered.
• Day 90: Ceftriaxone pilot delivered; sell-through and reorder measured; landed cost confirmed against quotes; Go/No-Go pack for the CEO.

Who You Are

• 8–15 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing or supply chain in Nigeria / West Africa.
• Direct NAFDAC product-registration experience (you have filed and landed registrations).
• Existing relationships with contract manufacturers — local and international (India, China, Egypt, Pakistan).
• Step-up candidate preferred: currently a Plant Manager or Supply Chain Director who sees this as a Head/VP move.
• Numerate — comfortable owning a landed-cost model and defending margin to the CEO.
