We are seeking a highly analytical, proactive and detail-oriented Strategy & Operations Analyst to support NoemDek's operations in Abuja. The successful candidate will primarily support our engagement with client and stakeholders, with responsibilities spanning data management, project coordination, stakeholder engagement and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support strategic projects and business initiatives.
• Coordinate data collection, processing, validation and reporting for related projects.
• Analyze data and prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for management.
• Conduct research and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Coordinate meetings, follow up on action items and engage with key stakeholders.
• Assist with project planning, execution and progress tracking.
• Support business development, operational and administrative activities as required.
• Represent NoemDek professionally in meetings and engagements where necessary.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned in support of the company's strategic and operational objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in strategy, operations, business analysis, project management or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting is essential.
• Experience working with government agencies, the energy sector, consulting is an added advantage.
