We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Marketer

Job Location: Kubwa, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities
Increase Supermarket Coverage:

• Visit supermarkets across Abuja daily.
• Register Eliana ONI Enterprise as a supplier in more supermarkets.
• Ensure every supermarket stocks the perfume oils.
• Open new accounts in estates, pharmacies, cosmetic shops, and mini-markets.
• Target: Add 10–20 new outlets every month.

Build Relationships With Store Owners:

• Many sales are won through relationships.
• The marketer should:
  • Meet managers regularly.
  • Follow up on stock levels.
  • Ensure shelves never run out of stock.
  • Negotiate better shelf placement.
• Strong retailer relationships often improve distribution success and long-term sales growth.

Create Brand Awareness:

• Many people don't know they can buy quality perfume oil for as low as ?375
• Collect Orders and Follow Up
• The marketer should:
• Call supermarkets weekly.
• Visit key stores regularly.
• Confirm stock availability.
• Collect repeat orders before products run out.

• N50,000 monthly transport allowance
• 5% of ur salaries if your supermarkets were able to make payment of there goods after the 1month grace of payment given to them
• 10% of ur salaries if you are able to meet up to ur target monthly
• 50% of your salaries if you are able to meet your target consecutively after 3month.
