We're not building another skincare brand we're building the intelligence layer that ensures products actually work for users through personalized, data-driven experiences.
The Role
We're looking for a licensed dermatologist to be the backbone of our ExpertCare product, providing real-time consultations, validating AI-generated skin recommendations, and delivering personalized alternative product recommendations (PAPR) to our users.
This is a founding team, adjacent role with equity upside as we scale.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Conducting remote skincare consultations via the Michy & Francy platform
- Reviewing and validating AI-generated skin analyses and product matches
- Providing Personalized Alternative Product Recommendations (PAPR)
- Building and maintaining consultation notes accessible to users
- Flagging and escalating complex or severe skin cases
- Contributing clinical expertise to our knowledge base
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Dermatologist registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN)
- Resident Doctors currently doing their residency program in dermatology are also encouraged to apply,we are building our talent pool
- A genuine passion for skincare education and patient outcomes
- Comfort working with AI-assisted tools and digital health platforms
- Strong communication skills, you'll translate clinical knowledge for everyday users
- Self-starter mindset, comfortable in an early-stage startup environment
- Interest in skincare ingredient science and barrier health
Location & Logistics
- Fully Remote
- Lagos residents strongly preferred; other Nigerian states are welcome to apply
- Flexible scheduling with agreed minimum consultation hours per week
Compensation
- 1% Equity Stake in Michy & Francy (negotiable based on experience)
- This is a sweat equity / founding advisor role, ideal for a dermatologist who wants to be part of building something from the ground up
