Role Description
The Volunteer Sales Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for driving enrollment and corporate partnerships for Projexa Hub’s programs and services.

Projexa Hub is looking for a Volunteer Sales Manager to help us grow our reach and bring in new clients for our training and consultancy services. This is a remote, volunteer position great for someone who wants real sales leadership experience, a chance to build their portfolio, or simply believes in what we're building and wants to contribute.
What You'll Do
- Identify and reach out to potential clients and partners
- Build and manage a simple sales pipeline
- Represent Projexa Hub in outreach conversations and follow-ups
- Work with the team to refine our pitch and positioning
- Track progress and share updates on what's working
- Build a sales offer that attract Clients
- Work closely with the Community teams to ensure all sella are locked .
Who We're Looking For
- Someone with sales, business development, or client-facing experience (formal or informal)
- Comfortable working independently and communicating clearly
- Genuinely interested in project management, training, or consultancy spaces
- Reliable able to commit a few hours a week consistently
- Passionate and wants to build their Portfolio and experience in sales .
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing deals within remote or digitally driven sales environments.
- Understanding of the African job market and passion for youth development, employability, and skills training is highly beneficial
- Comfortable working with CRM tools, sales dashboards, and productivity software to track performance and inform decisions.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, prioritize tasks, meet targets, and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
