Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement effective business development and sales strategies.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Promote the company's real estate and financial products to individuals and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Prepare periodic sales, pipeline, and business development reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, and finance.
- Demonstrated track record of successful business development and generating new business opportunities.
- Previous sales experience within the real estate and finance industry is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of real estate products, market trends, and client acquisition strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and consistently achieve business growth targets.
