Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Coordinate performance management and staff development, Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies, Support payroll administration with the Finance team and Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 / month
