We are seeking an HR Associate to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, and overall HR administration. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient HR processes while contributing to a positive employee experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from role briefing to onboarding.
  • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and performance management processes while ensuring compliance with labour regulations.
  • Prepare employment contracts, and other HR documentation
  • Assist with payroll inputs, maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Carry out other HR and recruitment-related duties assigned.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment and HR.
  • Previous experience in a BPO, HR consulting, recruitment or outsourcing company is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Immediate availability is an added advantage.
