The Sales Operations Support role provides operational, analytical, and system support to
Fintech sales teams, ensuring accurate reporting, smooth agent onboarding, and effective
coordination of sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage sales and agent data across CRM and fintech platforms
- Prepare daily and monthly sales, transaction, and performance reports
- Support agent onboarding documentation and KYC verification processes
- Track sales KPIs, transaction trends, and agent performance metrics
- Coordinate with Product, Operations, Risk, and Finance teams
- Support sales incentive tracking and reconciliation
- Accuracy of sales and transaction data
- Timeliness of reporting
- Agent onboarding turnaround time
- Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, or related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in sales operations or fintech support roles
- Strong Excel skills; CRM or dashboard experience is an advantage
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
