Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of cleaning staff
Train cleaners
Inspect and evaluate the quality of cleaning services
Order and maintain cleaning supplies inventory
Manage Clients and resolve complaints promptly
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
HND/BSc. degree in related field
3+ experience as a cleaning supervisor or similar role
knowledge of how to use cleaning equipment
Communication and Leadership skills
Whatsapp enabled phone
Must live on the Island or close to the Island.
