Job Role Description
This is a flexible hybrid role of a sales executive at Brit Properties Nigeria Limited in Ibadan. This offer is commission-based with attractive incentives and an HMO.
The sales executive on a part-time basis will be responsible for engaging with clients, promoting property options, negotiating sales and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, conducting property viewings and closing sales deals.
Qualifications
M.Sc., B.Sc. and HND in any field of study.
Proven sales experience and ability to meet targets. Customer service oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in strategic communication.
Flexibility to work remotely and in the office.
Marketing skill.
