Requirements
We're looking for someone who:
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or support roles (experience in e-commerce or quick commerce is an advantage).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
