Job Position: Field Recovery Officer

Job Locations: Lagos Island, Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi & Awoyaya - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• We are seeking energetic, confident, and self-motivated Field Recovery Officers to join our team.
• The successful candidates will be responsible for recovering loan repayments and savings from clients while maintaining professional relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
• This is a field-based role that requires regular movement within assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit clients at designated locations for loan and savings recovery.
• Follow up on overdue accounts professionally and respectfully.
• Negotiate repayment plans where necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and collections.
• Submit daily field activity and recovery reports.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and able to engage people effectively.
• Physically fit and comfortable with field work.
• Ability to work independently and meet recovery targets.
• Previous experience is not required. Successful applicants will receive comprehensive training.
