- The Real Estate Unit Manager is responsible for leading a specific sales or business unit within a real estate company.
- The role involves supervising a team of property consultants or sales executives, driving property sales and leasing activities, developing business opportunities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving assigned revenue and performance targets.
- A Real Estate Unit Manager serves as the link between senior management and frontline sales staff, ensuring the unit consistently meets business objectives while delivering excellent service to clients and maintaining a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of real estate agents, property consultants, or sales executives.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including property acquisitions, listings, and client referrals.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, mentoring, and regular performance evaluations.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and field support for team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, investors, financial institutions, and corporate clients.
- Oversee property marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Ensure accurate property listings and maintain an up-to-date property database.
- Guide clients through the buying, selling, leasing, and investment process.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve favorable outcomes for clients and the company.
- Ensure all transactions comply with applicable real estate laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance reports to senior management.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with the marketing, legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless transaction processing.
- Promote the company's brand and maintain a high level of professionalism in all client interactions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / HND in Real Estate, Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales, property management, or business development.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage.
- Professional certification or real estate license (where applicable).

Working Conditions:
- Combination of office work, client meetings, and property site visits.
- Frequent local travel to inspect properties and meet clients.
- May require evening or weekend work to accommodate client schedules and property viewings.
- Performance-driven environment with sales and revenue targets.
Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
