Role Overview
The Senior Creative Producer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing podcast shows, livestreams, interviews, and media productions across Thelix Holdings and its subsidiaries.
The person will work closely with and report directly to the Head of Media and Content Production.
This role goes beyond guest booking or production scheduling. The Senior Creative Producer will help shape the creative direction, topic strategy, guest experience, show structure, production flow, and content repurposing system needed to make each media asset engaging, shareable, and capable of driving audience growth, brand visibility, organic buzz, and inbound leads.

The ideal candidate must understand storytelling, internet culture, audience psychology, viral content formats, podcast production, social media behavior, and how to turn long-form conversations into high-performing short-form content.

Key Responsibilities
Develop strong podcast topics, episode angles, livestream themes, guest ideas, interview questions, and content concepts for each brand.
Work with the Head of Media and Content Production to shape the creative direction and content strategy for podcasts, livestreams, interviews, and media campaigns.
Source, recommend, invite, and coordinate relevant guests for podcast shows, interviews, livestreams, and brand-led media productions.
Manage guest communication, confirmations, reminders, briefs, bios, headshots, consent forms, and scheduling details.
Prepare episode briefs, talking points, guest notes, audience hooks, and production details before each recording.
Ensure every production has a clear objective, strong topic angle, audience hook, story arc, and post-production plan.
Identify moments within each recording that can be turned into viral clips, quote cuts, educational snippets, social conversations, reels, shorts, and campaign assets.
Work with editors and content teams to ensure each production is repurposed into long-form episodes, short-form clips, teasers, promotional videos, captions, social posts, and other content assets.
Coordinate recording schedules, production days, presenters, guests, videographers, editors, designers, and other team members.
Track each production from idea stage to recording, editing, approval, publishing, and repurposing.
Review media outputs to ensure they follow the approved creative direction, brand tone, storytelling quality, and platform requirements.
Support livestream planning, audience interaction formats, live engagement ideas, and post-livestream content repurposing.
Study trends, platform behavior, audience reactions, and viral content patterns to recommend stronger topics, hooks, formats, and creative improvements.
Monitor content performance and work with the Head of Media and Content Production to improve reach, engagement, retention, shareability, and lead-generation potential.
Identify blockers early and keep the team updated on pending tasks, delays, production status, and required approvals.
