Job Title: Senior Project Manager (Real Estate Development)

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos (with site rotations across ongoing projects)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₦350,000 Monthly + Performance Bonuses + Profit Sharing


About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple real estate development projects in Lagos. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management and will be responsible for driving project delivery, managing budgets, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.


Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee the execution of multiple construction projects from structural works through project completion.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, recovery plans, and delivery timelines.
  • Manage procurement activities, negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensure cost-effective material sourcing.
  • Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and resource allocation in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Coordinate site engineers, contractors, consultants, and HSE personnel to achieve project objectives.
  • Liaise with regulatory agencies to obtain required approvals and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare weekly progress reports and present project updates to executive management.
  • Ensure all projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of construction project management experience, with at least 5 years managing mid-rise or high-rise developments in Lagos.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale construction projects successfully.
  • Strong knowledge of construction planning, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Experience managing projects during cash-flow constraints and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions and work independently.


Preferred Qualifications


  • PMP Certification is an added advantage.
  • COREN registration or NIQS membership is desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar project management software.
