Role Description The Founding City Growth Partner (Commission-Based) is a remote, performance-based role focused on growing YiAiki's user base within an assigned city. Day-to-day responsibilities include promoting YiAiki across local communities, campuses, and online platforms, introducing the platform to potential customers who need errands completed, and recruiting student runners who can fulfill those errands.


The role involves building awareness of YiAiki through both online and offline activities, engaging with student communities, community groups, and local networks, and encouraging new users to register and actively use the platform. City Growth Partners will use their unique referral dashboard to track referrals, monitor performance, and earn commissions based on successful user registrations and qualifying activities.


Success in this role is measured by the acquisition of active customers and student runners who contribute to the growth of YiAiki within their assigned city.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote, performance-based role.
  • Passionate about connecting with people and promoting useful products or services.
  • Active within your local community, campus, social circles, or online communities is an advantage.
  • Experience in marketing, community management, or content creation is a plus, but not required.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer engagement, brand promotion, or community outreach is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with social media, online marketing, or offline/community-based promotion is an advantage, but not required.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to learn and grow alongside an early-stage startup.
