  • Plan and manage monthly content calendars across Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create engaging photos, videos, graphics, reels, and educational content showcasing our products, projects, and people.
  • Write compelling captions and platform-specific copy that drives engagement and enquiries.
  • Schedule, publish, and optimise content across all social media platforms.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and online conversations while responding promptly to customer enquiries.
  • Produce and edit videos, including factory tours, customer testimonials, product demonstrations, installation projects, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly reports using key social media metrics.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Production, Customer Service, and Management teams to create content that supports business growth.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience managing social media for a business or brand.
  • Experience creating content for Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
