Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admin/Operations Officer based in Lagos. The role involves managing daily administrative functions and ensuring operational efficiency across departments. Responsibilities include overseeing office management, coordinating workflows, handling financial records, enhancing communication across teams, and supporting the strategic goals of the organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in organizing resources and fostering a productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Operations Management and ability to oversee and improve workflows
- Strong Analytical and Finance skills for managing budgets, reports, and operational data
- Effective Interpersonal Skills for collaboration across departments and teams
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and external interactions
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain organization in a dynamic environment
- Relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields
- Previous experience in administration or operations will be an added advantage
