- Schedule and route service calls for maximum efficiency
- Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the day
- Adjust the board in real time as priorities shift
- Deliver a five-star customer experience on every interaction
- Plumbing or home-service dispatch experience required
- Strong knowledge of Baltimore County & City geography
- Experience with ServiceTitan (a major plus)
- Highly organized, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused
- A true team player who wants to grow with us
- High school diploma / GED
- General office environment
- Ability to operate a personal computer and related equipment.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Must have sufficient auditory functioning and visual acuity to operate computer-aided call management hardware, software and communications equipment.
- Ability to work under stressful conditions.
