About The Role

Our client is seeking an energetic, results-driven, and relationship-focused Business Development Executive to drive patient acquisition, referral growth, and revenue generation across its diagnostic and healthcare services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strategic relationships with hospitals, specialist clinics, referring physicians, HMOs, corporate organizations, and other healthcare stakeholders. This role requires extensive field engagement, strong networking skills, and a proven ability to deliver measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with hospitals, specialist clinics, healthcare providers, HMOs, and corporate organizations.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase referrals and service utilization.
  • Drive patient acquisition and revenue growth across diagnostic and outpatient services.
  • Achieve assigned sales, referral, and revenue targets.


Referral Network Management

  • Develop and maintain a strong referral network of physicians, consultants, and healthcare facilities.
  • Conduct regular field visits to strengthen relationships and promote the organization's services.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of referral partners and key decision-makers.
  • Ensure consistent engagement through follow-up visits and relationship management.


Corporate Partnerships

  • Identify opportunities for corporate health screening, wellness programs, and diagnostic partnerships.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
  • Support negotiations and onboarding of new corporate accounts.


Market Intelligence

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and service offerings.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide recommendations for service improvement.


Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with Operations, Client Services, and Clinical teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Communicate market feedback that supports continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the organization professionally during meetings, networking events, and healthcare conferences.


Reporting & Performance Management

  • Maintain accurate records of client visits, sales activities, and referral performance.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.
  • Track key sales metrics, referral growth, pipeline performance, and revenue contribution.


Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.


Experience

  • Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in Business Development, Sales, Healthcare Marketing, or Client Relationship Management.
  • Previous experience within a healthcare, medical diagnostics, hospital, or HMO environment is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales and business growth targets.
